Service Employee: Fondue Chalet on an hourly basis

Since 2023, Europaallee is transforming into a festive Christmas market with culinary delights, handcrafted design products, and changing exhibitors. The Fondue Chalet with 200 seats serves various cheese classics, accompanied by exquisite white wines. In the Glüehwii-Kuppel-Bar, guests enjoy warming mulled wine in an atmospheric setting. A varied entertainment program with music and workshops makes the Weihnachtsallee a special meeting point during the Advent season.

Your tasks

• Greet and look after our guests with heart and hospitality
• Provide competent advice regarding our beverage and food selection
• Prepare the mise en place and ensure smooth service
• Carry out the service professionally and accompany the payment process
• Support during events and special occasions
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and team and lend a hand where support is needed

Your profile

• Experience in service is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Motivated, resilient, and reliable
• Good German and English skills, other languages are an advantage
• Host/hostess with polished manners and joy in guest contact
• Team player with an independent and structured way of working
• Flexible for shifts in the evenings and on weekends
