Processing of customer inquiries by phone and by E-Mail
Consulting on the entire product range (supported by internal information systems)
Care of our customers in shift operation (morning / afternoon) and partially on weekends
Your profile
Your communicative personality sets you apart and you always act customer-oriented. You will be given the responsibility for the care of our spusu customers, so please bring the following:
Completed school education, Matura advantageous
Great expressiveness
High flexibility & team ability
Fun in dealing with customers
PC knowledge (Office applications)
Interest in different mobile phone models and mobile communications advantageous
