Our Digital & MarTech team drives the further development of data-driven marketing, modern marketing technologies, and the integrated use of our marketing data. As a Marketing Data & Analytics Specialist, you will take on a central role in the further development of our marketing data landscape. With your understanding of marketing, data, and processes, you will ensure that data is meaningfully linked and made usable for campaigns, analyses, and reporting. In this way, you make an important contribution to effective and future-oriented marketing at Zürcher Kantonalbank.

Your tasks
Further development of the marketing data strategy as well as the KPI framework and creation of dashboards for the visualization of results
Analyzing behavioral and master data from various sources, evaluating customer journeys, and deriving recommendations for action
Collaborating with those responsible for campaigns, social media, strategy, sales, as well as IT, and acting as an interface in data projects
Taking on project responsibility for data projects, defining requirements for IT, and supporting as a web analytics super-user during onboarding and with dashboard usage
Your profile
Completed university degree (Uni or FH) in business administration, marketing, business informatics, or a comparable field of study
At least 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing with a focus on data and project management
Sound experience in the application of web and marketing analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, as well as in handling visualization tools such as Tableau
You convince through strong communication and presentation skills and can convey complex issues in a way that is appropriate for the target group
Experience in the financial industry is an advantage, but not a must
Very good German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are an advantage
