For this versatile function in the banquet area, we are looking for an experienced, organizationally strong, and dynamic personality. Ass. Banquet Manager ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Ensuring a smooth flow of banquets, seminars, and events • Operational management and coordination of occasions from beginning to end • Active participation in the execution of occasions on-site • Quality assurance in the entire event and banquet area • Deployment planning and operational leadership in daily business • Optimization of processes in relation to quality, costs, and personnel deployment • Ensuring a professional appearance at all events • Close cooperation with kitchen, service, and event coordination • Post-processing of the occasions • Administrative tasks Qualifications & Competencies • Completed training in hospitality/gastronomy • Profound experience in the banquet or event area • Initial experience in a deputy function in the banquet area • Passion for gastronomy • Understanding of quality and process management • Proactive, independent, and organized way of working • Stress-resistant, flexible, and resilient • Empathic and authentic team player • Languages: German and English Opportunities & Perspectives You will take on a versatile function in a lively event and banquet environment with high frequency and different events.
