Housekeeping Supervisor with breakfast service by arrangement · 80% · a Your tasks • You prepare the breakfast buffet and look after our (inter)national guests during breakfast • Support in the administration of cleaning agents, materials and an efficient use of resources. • Support in the leadership, motivation and training of the housekeeping team as well as in the conducting of regular team meetings • Collaboration in the operational day-to-day business, in particular in the cleaning of the rooms, conducting self-checks as well as supporting the team. • Support in the inspection of cleaned rooms and areas to ensure compliance with the Meili Selection Cleanliness Standards. Your profile looks as follows • You already have professional experience in a comparable position and know what matters. • Hospitality is in your blood - you work with passion in the hotel and gastronomy industry and have a high guest orientation. • You speak German and English and any further language is a plus. • Strong organizational and planning competence as well as a structured and detail-oriented way of working. • Strong leadership, team-oriented personality with high communication skills and the readiness to also support operationally in a flexible manner.
