Technical Project Officer/Sales (m/w)

On an exclusive mandate from our client, a leading company in the field of special plant construction for public facilities with its headquarters in Zürich, we are immediately or by agreement looking for a Technical Project Officer/Sales (m/w)# In this versatile role, you will advise customers throughout Switzerland on your company's renowned products/plants. You will be responsible for order processing from A to Z (quotations, invoices, coordination of deliveries/reparations), coordinate orders for objects in various customer projects, and perform versatile tasks in sales back-office and disposition. For your customers, you will be the competent contact person for technical/commercial questions in standard and project business. Furthermore, you will participate in improvement processes for customer service and be actively involved in various internal projects. The close collaboration with various internal departments (e.g., marketing, purchasing, finance) makes your task even more exciting and varied. To be successful in this responsible position, you should have completed technical training (e.g., polymechanics, metal construction, tool construction or similar) and commercial further education (e.g., technical merchant). You should have already gained several years of experience in a similar role (e.g., technical merchant, technical sales back-office/customer advisor, etc.) including order processing, preferably in the machine industry or plant construction environment. You should be able to read/understand technical plans and have the organizational talent to process several orders in parallel. You should communicate confidently in German (word and writing), and additional language skills (English, French) are an advantage. You should also have good MS-Office skills and experience in handling ERP systems (preferably Navision).
