YOUR TASKS

• Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable IT training with professional experience
• Very good knowledge of current Microsoft Windows operating systems as well as hardware and in-depth knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN/WLAN/VLAN)
• For written communication via ticket and e-mail, we require Swiss German orally as well as reliable and correct written German
• Due to the on-call service and the dispersed location of external sites, as well as the workshop site itself, a category B driver's license is mandatory

YOUR PROFILE

• Resolution of IT faults on-site and at associated external sites
• Installation, operation and support of clinic-specific applications and systems
• Patching and configuration of network connections, as well as support for the network environment
• Deployment and lifecycle of IT hardware and management of goods receipts / stock management
• Regular regional on-call service (ZH, SG, LU, AG) (driver's license required)
