At the Zürich location we are looking for: Construction Management Structural Engineering (m/f/d) 100% Site management. Responsibility. Sustainable construction. What awaits you As a construction manager, you independently take over the integral design, permit, and execution planning and support the overall project management/project management. Your main tasks include planning activities in the integral team, supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM). The planning support of ongoing and future (-) projects in the areas of industrial or hospital construction is part of your core area. You work with all specialist departments (structural engineering, HKKLS, electrical engineering, construction management) and external specialist planners in close coordination. You support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal, taking into account climate-neutral planning with the goal of a sustainable building. What you bring with you You have a successfully completed degree in the field of architecture or a comparable education. Your career shows several years of professional experience in the execution planning of medium to large projects, ideally using the BIM method. You have sound technical and constructive knowledge and have knowledge of the relevant planning regulations, laws, ordinances, and standards. Initial professional experience in Switzerland on projects in the SIA service phases 41-51 is an advantage. You are characterized by enthusiasm for integral planning and are able to process sub-areas independently and coordinated with other specialist departments. You have an interest in innovative software tools and knowledge of Revit or other equivalent modeling and drawing programs. You have a strong awareness of schedule, cost, and quality. You have good German language skills in spoken and written form. You inspire through your curiosity about topics such as resource efficiency and sustainability.
