HERE YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE ------------------------------ • You are responsible for brand- and target-group-oriented visual merchandising and styling in the women's fashion area. • You plan, design, and visualize the promotions and detailed action plans according to the design guidelines and specifications according to Corporate Design and Corporate Identity. • Department maintenance and control are part of your daily task. • You develop merchandise presentation concepts and take over the communication & mediation of the concepts to the sales staff in the department store. • You implement the central Globus promotion concepts professionally and on schedule. • You independently contribute creative and innovative ideas for merchandise presentation and thematic worlds. • You actively support rearrangements and renovations in the department store. • You work closely with purchasing and central Visual Merchandising to present the new assortment themes competently and attractively at the POS. • You train the sales staff at the POS regarding visual merchandising.
