We are looking for a skilled Construction Manager High-Rise Building (m/f) for our client. Your challenges: • Execution of new building/rough construction projects • Responsible for calculation, AVOR, deployment planning • Construction management and construction site accounting • Contact with builders and construction managers • Administration and management of project documents • Creation of measurements incl. extra work • Construction site acceptance Your profile: • Basic training in the main construction trade • Further training as a technician HF construction manager, possibly as a construction engineer or foreman • Several years of professional experience as a construction manager • Good organizational skills • Assertive and high leadership skills Do you want to change and are looking for a challenge?
