Do you want to actively help shape the care of people with oncological and hematological diseases? In this role, you combine clinical expertise with conceptual work and contribute to sustainably anchoring care offerings in everyday life.

YOUR TASKS

• You actively help shape the clinic-wide Oncology Care Support and develop patient-related care offerings, which you implement and continuously evaluate
• You take on professional responsibility for oncological and hematological topics, coach nursing teams, and promote evidence-based nursing practice, especially in autologous stem cell transplantations and CAR-T cell therapies
• You drive professional development and quality initiatives in your area of responsibility and accompany certifications
• You support and promote cooperation between different professional groups to ensure patient-centered care

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed Master's degree or advanced in Master's studies (MScN or comparable)
• Professional practice in an acute care hospital with a focus on oncology and/or hematology
• Practical, patient- and team-oriented personality with joy in professional development and coaching
• Structured, committed, and proactive way of working that actively uses room for maneuver and drives nursing development
