Senior Project Manager in Design & Build Innenausbau 100%

Your Mission

Your main responsibility is to lead and implement retail and Innenausbau projects as a trustworthy Design & Build partner from the concept phase to completion. Through responsibility for project execution, customer care and economic performance, you contribute significantly to strengthening long-term customer relationships, providing high-quality services and the sustainable success of the company.

Project Management & Customer Consulting

• You plan, develop and coordinate Design & Build projects from planning to completion. You can assist with drawings as needed.
• You advise customers holistically across all trades - architecture, Innenausbau and building services (HLKSE).
• You accompany customers from early project development and strategic planning to implementation.
• You ensure that budgets, deadlines, quality standards and administrative processes are met.
• You create and monitor cost estimates, post-calculations, tenders and invoices.
• You develop practical and value-oriented solutions tailored to the needs of the customers.
• You contribute to the long-term optimization of projects and operational processes.

Building Permit Procedures:

• You create and coordinate all relevant documents for building applications
• You check compliance with legal requirements and you conduct communication with the authorities

Operations, Site Management & Troubleshooting

• You monitor site management across all trades and ensure a smooth project flow.
• You take on a leading role in finding solutions in complex or critical projects.
• You support internal project managers as a sparring partner and quality assurer.
• You continuously develop PM processes, operational flows and project standards.
• You monitor holistic cost control across the project portfolio.
• You analyze project profitability and ensure efficient operational and financial reporting processes.
• You support the further development of tools, structures and systems for efficient project execution.

Quality Assurance & Internal Support

• You act as a sparring partner to the CEO in the areas of operations, project management and organizational development.
• You continuously question and further develop our service and quality standards as a Design & Build partner.
• You actively promote our corporate culture, entrepreneurial thinking and continuous improvement.
• You significantly relieve the CEO in operational project management and create space for the strategic further development of the company.

What You Bring

• Completed training as an architect, engineer, site manager, construction economist or equivalent.
• Provable experience in a general contractor or Design & Build environment in Innenausbau.
• Sound expertise in customer consulting, planning, cost management, site management and multidisciplinary project execution.
• Deep understanding of architecture, Innenausbau and building services.
• Strong ability to set priorities, solve challenges and coordinate multiple projects in parallel.
• Sound experience in project controlling as well as in handling modern digital and agile project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, ERP systems, Kanban etc.).
• Proactive, solution-oriented hands-on mentality with a pragmatic and result-oriented approach.
• Negotiation skills as well as sound knowledge of SIA guidelines and building law requirements.
• Communication strength and teamwork skills.
• Business fluent German and Swiss German (C1), good English skills; French is an advantage.
• Driver's license category B.
