What you can achieve. • As part of the maintenance team, you ensure the smooth functionality of the entire plant park. • In close coordination with the shift management, you coordinate your work efficiently. • You recognize potential for improvement in plant technology and in existing processes and actively contribute to their implementation. • You participate in overhaul and maintenance work as well as in technical projects. • Together with your team, you keep an eye on the condition of the plants and ensure their high availability. • Through your participation in specialist teams, you actively help shape the further development of strategies and processes. What you bring with you. • You have an EFZ degree as an automation technician, polymechanic, or a comparable technical training. • You bring experience in automation/control technology and in technical maintenance and use your know-how in a targeted manner. • You work flexibly and are resilient, set clear priorities, and actively contribute as a respectful team player. • Shift work in a three-shift operation as well as weekend shifts can be well reconciled with your everyday life. • Ideally, you have the installation permit according to NIV15 or are willing to complete it. • Very good German language skills as well as a category B driving license round off your profile.
