Construction Manager / Architect with construction management experience, 60-100%

We are a dedicated architecture firm (2 partners and 6-8 employees) in Zürich Wipkingen. We deal with planning and design up to construction management of a wide variety of public and private buildings, including school buildings, kindergartens, residential buildings, maintenance roofs and depots in all project phases. In addition to new buildings, we work extensively with existing structures, from estate renovation to complex restorations of heritage-protected objects. For construction management including cost planning, tendering and construction accounting in smaller new construction and renovation projects, we are looking for a construction manager or an architect with construction management experience, starting immediately or by arrangement.
