Business Analyst Output Management / Platform Migration # (m/f/d) freelance/in temporary permanent employment for a project Zürich Start date: immediately Reference number: 887800/1 Tasks ### • You accompany the migration from an existing legacy management platform to a new target platform from the perspective of Output Management • You analyze existing processes and requirements from a functional perspective and define the business requirements for the new target platform • You create precise and understandable requirement documentation that serves as the basis for technical implementation • You act as an interface between the Output team and the project managers and ensure that the output-relevant requirements are mapped in the target platform • You communicate clearly and openly with the development team as well as other stakeholders. In doing so, you recognize foreseeable risks early on and address them transparently within the team to develop effective solutions together • You review and validate the implemented solutions to ensure that they meet the defined requirements and guarantee a smooth migration Profile ### • Professional experience in the field of Output Management or in projects for the new introduction of systems with high intrinsic motivation • Ideally experience with the construction or introduction of legacy management systems • Experience in developing clear and precise requirements • Understanding and analysis of complex problems as well as development of creative solutions for complex challenges • Basic knowledge of IT systems and software development and confident handling of MS Office, Jira, Confluence and Miro • Knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban • The ability to use tools with artificial intelligence (e.g., ChatGPT, Co-Pilot etc.) • Business fluent German and English skills Benefits ### • Participation in a strategically important transformation program • Responsibility in a complex migration environment with high visibility • Close cooperation with the specialist department, project management and IT • Modern working methods and long-term project perspectives possible • Opportunity to actively help shape the future platform landscape • Extension option available
