For our HR Projects & Processes team, we are looking for a committed and structured personality who will support our experienced project managers in daily business and gradually take on responsibility for sub-projects. You will work in an exciting environment with diverse digitalization and organizational projects and contribute to ensuring that projects are efficiently planned, coordinated, and implemented. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed every day to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • Support of the project managers in strategic and operational projects • Independent coordination and processing of sub-projects under the guidance of the responsible project management • Planning, organization, and tracking of project tasks as well as ensuring adherence to deadlines • Maintenance and updating of the project portfolio and project planning in the Microsoft Teams Planner • Preparation, creation, and revision of management presentations, decision bases, and project documents • Organization and coordination of workshops, meetings, and appointments including minute-taking and pending tasks management • Collaboration in process analyses, documentations, and continuous improvements Your profile • Completed training or studies in business administration, business informatics, health management, or a comparable field of study • Initial experience in project management or in a coordinative function is an advantage • Very good organizational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working • Enjoyment of coordination, communication, and administrative project work • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 world, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Planner • Analytical thinking as well as a quick grasp of things • High service orientation, reliability, and ability to work in a team Our benefits About the USZ The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland.
