To strengthen our Key Account Management team, we are looking for a committed and sales-strong personality. The position is oriented Switzerland-wide and offers a lot of creative freedom.

Your tasks

• Active acquisition and development of strategic Key Accounts for the sustainable expansion of the customer portfolio
• Comprehensive consulting and support of national as well as international major customers in the area of Office and Visual Solutions, including software and IT services
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships as well as identification of new business opportunities throughout the entire Swiss market
• Creation and presentation of offers, participation in tenders as well as management of the entire sales process until the conclusion of the contract
• Analysis of sales and business development, creation of reports as well as maintenance and documentation of all activities in the CRM system (Salesforce)
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments such as Operations and Technology as well as active participation in customer, sales, and project events

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally with a focus on Key Account Management and the support of strategic customers
• Demonstrable success in the establishment, maintenance, and further development of long-term customer relationships
• Strong IT affinity as well as confident handling of common CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Salesforce
• Business fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing; additional French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented personality with a convincing appearance as well as strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ideally residence in the greater Zurich area or in appropriate proximity to the headquarters Rüschlikon as well as driving license category B.
