For our newly renovated location in the heart of Zurich, we are looking for an entrepreneurially-minded and inspiring personality as Team Leader Retail / Shop Manager (100 %), Location Zurich, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your Task
You will take overall responsibility for the retail store in Zurich and further develop the location both economically and conceptually. You will accompany interior design projects from the first idea to successful implementation. With your sense for design, architecture, and high-quality materials, you recognize customer needs and, together with your team, create trust at the customer interface.
Your Responsibilities
Responsibility for turnover, budget, and the economic success of the location
Acquisition of new customers as well as maintenance of existing customer relationships
Expansion and maintenance of your network with architects, interior designers, and planners
Development and presentation of high-quality interior and spatial concepts
Leadership and further development of the sales team with clarity and a role model function
Project support from consultation to realization
Further development of the showroom and implementation of sales-promoting measures
Confident handling of digital planning and visualization tools (e.g., pCon is an advantage)
Close cooperation with our international brand partners as well as internal specialist departments
Your Profile
You have several years of experience in the sale of high-quality interior solutions or in interior design and move confidently in the premium segment. You are enthusiastic about architecture, interior design, and design classics and possess a pronounced sense for materials, proportions, and spatial impact. You understand sales as personal consultation at the highest level. As a leader, you motivate your team, promote individual responsibility, and create a working environment in which quality, enthusiasm, and customer orientation are lived daily.
Ideally, you also bring:
Training in interior architecture, interior design, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in premium retail or in the high-quality interior design industry
Entrepreneurial thinking as well as enjoyment of acquisition and network maintenance
Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential
High IT affinity and experience with digital planning systems
Pronounced communication and negotiation skills
Very good German and English skills, Swiss German is an advantage
An existing network in the Zurich area is a plus
