You maintain and clean building facilities or monitor building technology systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems. Furthermore, you carry out maintenance, inspection, and repair work in operational building maintenance. You independently perform repair work of all kinds, fix structural damage, and deal with the professional disposal of waste. If required, you also undertake simple masonry, painting, and carpentry work. Various modern devices, machines, and vehicles such as high-pressure cleaners, lawnmowers, forklifts, etc., are used in the process.
