Take on responsibility with us as: HEAD OF RAILWAY CIVIL ENGINEERING & ROAD CONSTRUCTION 80-100% – ZÜRICH YOUR TASKS: Operational and technical management of the Market Service Area Railway Civil Engineering & Road Construction. Personnel responsibility for several, well-coordinated departments and teams with around 75 employees. Maintenance of existing customer relationships, acquisition responsibility within the framework of the portfolio, and active further development of the Market Service Area. Further development and support of a location in Poland (or in the neighboring foreign country). Project management and collaboration in demanding and forward-looking projects. Representation in relevant specialist committees and associations. YOUR PROFILE: Successfully completed university studies in civil engineering combined with proven specialist competence in the field of railway construction and/or national road construction. You have a strategic mindset and are able to grasp complex situations, make difficult decisions, and recognize business opportunities within and outside your own functional area. Many years of experience in project management in railway and/or road infrastructure projects, supplemented by leadership responsibility. Established network in the industry as well as an appreciated personality among customers and partners. Professional appearance as well as solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking.
