Then become part of our development team and take on technical product responsibility for our KETF ammunition family. Your tasks in detail: Further development of existing products taking into account different manufacturing requirements and scalings Development of new concepts (full automation, new calibers, innovative manufacturing technologies) Conducting technology studies for long-term optimization strategies Technical product responsibility and series support for the KETF ammunition family (ECP, optimizations, test reports) Analysis and implementation of obsolescence clean-ups in cooperation with the technical specialist departments Continuous product optimization with regard to quantities, production lines, and cost reduction Coordination of interdisciplinary areas of development (electronics, mechanics, chemistry, studies office) Support with customer qualifications, compliance lists, and effect simulations WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING Completed studies, preferably as a mechanical engineer FH (alternatively electrical engineering with sound mechanics knowledge possible) Several years of experience in technical project management as well as product development Basic training as a designer, polymechanic, or electronics technician is an advantage Strong knowledge in mechanics and mechanical engineering, supplemented by a good understanding of electrical engineering Experience in product development and series support desirable Confident handling of MS Office as well as ideally project management experience Very independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working Assertive personality with strong communication skills Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation and coordination of different specialist departments Business-fluent language skills in German and English (spoken and written) WHAT WE OFFER YOU 40-hour week (plus 1 hr advance time for bridge days) 5 - 6 weeks of vacation depending on age in case of illness 100% continued payment of wages up to 730 days industry-standard salary (annual external salary comparison by function and age) promotion of need-based further training CONTACT DETAILS Responsible contact person: Zmoos For questions regarding your application, please use the contact form.
