The administration of the PH Zurich provides services to all employees, students and visitors. Our learning media store is one of the leading specialized bookstores for school and education in Switzerland. In addition to classic educational materials, we offer a wide range of current educational topics such as skills for the future, diversity, inclusion and integration, sustainable development and political education. What you will do. • Professional advice in sales and customer support • Management of a specialized domain of your own • Support for administrative processes in the back office • Cash register management • Joy in collaborating with apprentices Desired days of presence in the learning media store Monday, Wednesday and Thursday as well as occasional services on Saturday We work in staggered hours (08:45 - 19:00). What you bring. • Training and/or experience in the Swiss book trade • Knowledge in the management of a specialized domain • Affinity with specific book trade tools, such as «beeline» • Structured and autonomous working method • Stress resistance, even in unforeseen situations, as well as flexibility in working hours • Empathetic, proactive and team-oriented personality with good manners and clear and open communication What will excite you.
