To complement the Construction Projects team, we are looking for reinforcement. Tasks Take on exciting construction projects in the urban environment – from planning to implementation. You will work on large-scale projects as specialist project management construction and specifically contribute your know-how regarding real estate, plant, and facility areas. You will create and accompany tenders for engineering and architectural services and coordinate external partners, planners, and specialist departments in a goal-oriented manner until project success; while complying with the budgeted budget. As an internal specialist, you will advise on topics related to ground engineering, solid construction as well as shell and interior construction for facilities and buildings of the water supply. Use the opportunity to actively engage in digitalization in construction and to participate in the introduction and continuous development of the BIM strategy in the water supply. Profile Master's degree as a Civil Engineer (FH/ETH); further training in project management, preferably in the field of plant engineering/construction Proven professional experience in civil engineering and in constructive project management with initial points of contact with BIM Initiative, reliable and team-oriented personality Analytical, results-oriented thinking personality; organizational talent and assertiveness combined with strong communication skills Driver's license category B We offer A demanding, versatile and unique area of responsibility awaits you.
