We work in the areas of long-term care, dementia, geriatrics, gerontopsychiatry, palliative care, and rehabilitative transitional care based on the latest findings and with many years of experience. We will look together at which of our around 40 locations you like best. Tasks ## • You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and adapting the nursing process. • You support us in implementing the urban age strategy and contribute to achieving overarching goals. • You perform nursing and medical-technical procedures, mainly in complex unstable situations. • You advise and accompany residents and relatives during illness and crisis.
