We are looking for a Graduate Marketing Specialist - Events & Brand to join our People & Purpose (Human Resources) team in Zurich. You will be able to use your creativity and your knowledge in recruitment event management and marketing to create experiences that attract the right students and graduates to Deloitte.

How you can make an impact

• Engage our Talent Ambassador Community and drive graduate marketing, from strategy to execution, including ROI tracking
• Develop, organize, and execute top-tier internal and external recruitment events such as job fairs, student networking events, or workshops, in close collaboration with our talent acquisition team and the Talent Ambassador Community
• Help develop impactful marketing campaigns for graduates in close collaboration with our external communication team, based on business needs and integrating the latest trends
• Advise senior executives and employees on effective event and recruitment marketing strategies, sharing best practices and guidelines
• Actively manage and maintain our Talent Community to support ongoing candidate engagement
• Support social media activities and engage our Talent Ambassador Community to promote company events and strengthen brand visibility.

Desired Profile

• Strong passion for recruitment events and networking activities: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in event management, marketing, employer branding, or graduate recruitment (agency, corporate, or university experience appreciated)
• Excellence in project management: ability to simultaneously manage multiple events, graduate marketing campaigns, and community initiatives over two recruitment seasons (September - November and March - May)
• In-depth knowledge of the Swiss university landscape: familiarity with leading institutions (ETH, University of Zurich, HSG, HEC Lausanne, etc.), their study programs, and student demographics
• Proficiency in German and English (written and oral)
• Availability for travel: willingness to visit and attend events at our target universities across Switzerland during the recruitment season
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: ability to energize and manage over 150 Talent Ambassadors, establish authentic relationships with university contacts, and navigate internal stakeholders at different organizational levels
