• very good degree in Educational Science
• Interest in a dissertation on a topic in the field of education and employment
• Research methodological knowledge (qualitative and / or quantitative)
• high affinity for theoretical questions in the interface of education, work and society
• openness to international and interdisciplinary perspectives
• German and English as working languages
