YOUR TASKS With us, you assume responsibilities and accompany our patients with professional competence, empathy, and commitment. • * You ensure holistic, individual, and professional care according to the care process. • You take charge of the patients entrusted to you before and after surgical interventions in various specialized fields. • You carry out the diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the physician in an autonomous and professional manner. • You quickly detect emergency situations, act with confidence, and implement the necessary measures until the physician arrives. • You ensure the smooth running of the day clinic and assume administrative, organizational, and logistical tasks. • You work in close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and actively contribute your ideas for the development of our processes. What you can expect • Regular working hours without night shifts or on-call duties. • The day clinic is closed two weeks in summer as well as one week between Christmas and New Year, which allows you to plan your holidays early and reliably. YOUR PROFILE You are a committed person who enjoys providing patient-centered care and lives the team spirit. • You have completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH or registered nurse HF/FH, or an equivalent training recognized in Switzerland. • You work autonomously, responsibly, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations. • You are distinguished by great social competence, empathy, and a strong service and patient orientation. • Organizational skills, flexibility, and a structured way of working are among your strengths. • You communicate openly and respectfully and appreciate interdisciplinary work. • You possess excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
