Development and successful implementation of property strategies for long-term substance preservation, adaptation to the changing needs of residents in the interest of our investors Management of real estate from investment planning to owner-side support of construction projects (especially for renovations and ESG measures), management of the external property management organization and marketing of commercial rental properties Contribution to future shaping, e.g., through collaboration in property purchases and sales Who are we looking for?
