With around 350 employees, the Bathing and Ice Facilities department is responsible for the operation of around 21 indoor and outdoor swimming pools as well as two ice facilities. Our facilities record over 2 million visitors annually. To reinforce our four-member cashier team at the Kunsteisbahn in Oerlikon, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented, and responsible personality starting 17 October 2026 for the winter season until 12 March 2027 as a Tasks ## • You sell admission tickets and subscriptions and are responsible for the correct management of the cash register. • You process reservation inquiries from schools and perform simple administrative tasks on the PC. • You assist with the distribution and return of ice skates. • You provide information and advise our diverse clientele in a friendly and competent manner. • You manage valuables lockers, perform cleaning work, and make loudspeaker announcements. Profile ## • You have completed vocational training and experience in cashier services, ideally in a sports, leisure, or swimming pool operation. • You are a trustworthy, sports-interested, and resilient personality and work precisely, reliably, and conscientiously. • You think in a solution-oriented and customer-oriented manner and enjoy direct contact with guests. • You have very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good manners and clear communication. • You are willing to work irregular shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
