What you drive * You act as a competent contact person for our customers together with your team and take responsibility for your Fruit and Vegetables area * You can make good use of your organizational skills in personnel deployment planning and lead your team with commitment * You enjoy passing on your expertise and knowledge to new employees and introducing them to your area * As a deputy for the Store Area Manager Supermarket, you ensure a smooth business process within the branch * Through the performance of inventories, you are informed about the needs within your area and take responsibility for product orders * You carry out sales-promoting measures (such as promotions) in a targeted manner on the sales floor and use promotions skillfully * You maintain an overview through the continuous analysis and management of business performance indicators * You are very familiar with the internal and external quality standards and implement them skillfully What you bring * Education: Completed basic or further education * Specialization: in sales/retail * Professional experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of fruit and vegetables * You appear customer-oriented and friendly * You work independently, efficiently and precisely * You bring experience in the leadership and development of teams in retail and are able to inspire and motivate employees * You have completed the specialist management training or are motivated to complete this internally * Due to your networked thinking, goal- and solution-oriented action is easy for you * You are stress-tolerant and can assert yourself * You have strong communication skills and are an organizational talent * German (B1) What we offer you * Healthy working: health-promoting offers such as massages and health checks * Mobility: With a one-time annual leisure bonus of a total of max.
