Manager digital channels 80 - 100% # The Sicherheitsdirektion employs around 5-000 employees. Belonging to the Sicherheitsdirektion are the Kantonspolizei Zürich, the Strassenverkehrsamt, the Migrationsamt, the Amt für Militär und Zivilschutz, the Kantonale Sozialamt, the Sportamt, as well as the Generalsekretariat with its central enforcement tasks and the Rekursabteilung.    To complement our team in the Generalsekretariat, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks ### • You are professionally responsible for the central digital channels of the Sicherheitsdirektion and coordinate their requirement-oriented further development. • You bundle, prioritize and control requirements from the offices of the Sicherheitsdirektion and maintain a corresponding requirements backlog. • You support the digitalization of administrative processes in close cooperation with specialist departments, law, IT/operations teams and other stakeholders. • You coordinate the implementation of new functionalities and ensure coordination with relevant stakeholders. • You participate in the introduction, enablement and documentation of new solutions and contribute to the channel-related governance of the Sicherheitsdirektion. Your profile ### • You have a tertiary education in administrative science, legal science, business informatics or business administration (or equivalent training). • You bring experience in the digitalization of processes, services or communication channels. • Ideally, you have a good understanding of process design, business analysis, stakeholder management and service-oriented design.  • You work analytically, conceptually and independently, communicate appropriately for the target group and bring experience in accompanying transformation projects. You are familiar with working at the interface between specialist departments, IT and operations.
