WHAT YOU CAN MOVE Strategic Consulting: You accompany our customers in the digital further development of their core processes and design integration solutions that create sustainable added value. In doing so, you combine strategic thinking with technical excellence. Solution Design & Architecture: You analyze functional and technical requirements and design scalable integration and API architectures based on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Requirements Management: You translate business requirements into viable technical concepts and manage the coordination between specialist departments, IT and other stakeholders confidently. API & Integration Strategy: You develop modern API and integration concepts, define best practices and support the construction of sustainable integration landscapes. Prototyping & Innovation: You design and implement demos as well as Proof of Concepts, evaluate new technologies and make innovative solution approaches tangible at an early stage. Project Responsibility: You take on responsibility in integration projects – both technically and organizationally – manage sub-projects or teams and ensure successful implementation. MuleSoft Development: Support developers in the implementation and maintenance of MuleSoft integration solutions. Ensuring high code quality, security standards and compliance with proven procedures. HOW YOU SUCCEED Education & Qualification: You have a completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification. Integration Experience & Technologies: You bring at least seven years of experience in the integration environment and have several years of practical experience in Java. Additionally, you are confident in handling JSON, XML as well as REST and SOAP interfaces. MuleSoft Know-how: You have at least three years of experience with MuleSoft and are well-versed in integration and API architectures such as API, EAI, ETL or ESB in demanding projects. Industry Knowledge: Ideally, you bring experience in the banking industry. Stakeholder Management: You are experienced in dealing with different stakeholders and communicate confidently with various personas on the customer side – up to senior management and C-level. Certifications: You have relevant MuleSoft certifications. Architecture & Methodological Competence: You think in end-to-end processes, analyze requirements in a structured manner and develop sustainable integration solutions with architectural ambition. Personality & Way of Working: You convince through customer-oriented thinking, personal responsibility as well as a proactive and willing-to-learn personality. Team spirit and openness to new tasks characterize you. Furthermore, you are enthusiastic about new technologies and you actively contribute your know-how to customer projects and the team. Language Skills: Your very good German and good English skills round off your profile. Willingness to Travel: You bring willingness to travel within the entire Switzerland.
