As part of a planned succession arrangement, you are offered the attractive opportunity to take over an existing client portfolio with established relationships and to continuously develop it further. You are not starting from scratch, but can build upon an established client base while simultaneously setting your own accents.

The position combines demanding fiduciary work with direct customer contact, room for maneuver, and a long-term perspective at partner level.

Your tasks

• Independent management and consulting of demanding national and international mandates
• Assumption and further development of an existing client portfolio
• Responsibility for annual financial statements, financial accounting, VAT as well as other fiduciary issues
• Consulting clients in the areas of payroll, social insurance, and withholding tax
• Maintenance and expansion of long-term customer relationships
• Entrepreneurial co-design and further development of services and processes

Your profile

• Sound training in the fiduciary field, ideally as a dipl. Treuhandexperte/-expertin or with a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the independent management and consulting of demanding fiduciary mandates
• Distinct entrepreneurial thinking as well as enjoyment of customer contact and relationship management
• Proficiency in closing accounts and broad specialist knowledge in the classic fiduciary environment
• Very good German and English skills; other languages are welcome
• Committed, reliable, and service-oriented personality with the desire to take on responsibility
