With over 90 locations throughout Switzerland, AMAG Retail is in direct contact with end customers and includes all AMAG garage operations, body shops, and used car centers. What you can achieve with us ##

• Customer Relationship Manager: You look after interested parties from appointment coordination to vehicle handover and maintain active customer contact
• Sales Bridge: You work closely with the sales team and form the interface between the workshop and customers
• Quotation Professional: You prepare quotations according to the order, check vehicles for cleanliness as well as completeness, and take care of professional order processing
• Mobility Master: You ensure a pleasant atmosphere and convince our customers with your expertise and your passion for holistic mobility

What you bring with you ##

• Vocational training and commercial expertise: You have technical automotive training, such as Automobilfachfrau/-mann EFZ or Automobil Mechatroniker/-in EFZ, and have good commercial knowledge as well as, advantageously, some years of professional experience as a Service Advisor
• E-mobility Expert: You have experience in e-mobility and a good understanding of high-voltage technology
• Service Professional: You are sociable, enjoy approaching people, and impress with your consulting competence and persuasiveness
• Mindset Master: You are resilient, deal positively with pressure, and always maintain a positive mindset. Your customer-oriented manner as well as your expertise and enthusiasm for the automotive industry make the perfect mixture
• IT Expert: You have an affinity for digital processes, virtual customer communication, and the use of AI tools
• Driving Professional: Valid driving license Cat. B
