We are looking for a personality to care for condominium ownership and rental properties together with an experienced team after consultation. YOUR TASKS You will independently care for a real estate portfolio of condominium owner communities and rental properties together with an assistant after introduction. Your tasks include: Care of rental properties Care of condominium owner communities Preparation of owner meetings Participation in owner meetings together with the portfolio manager Management of correspondence with owners, tenants, and craftsmen Organization of maintenance work Processing of insurance cases YOUR PROFILE You have experience and like to care for well-managed condominium owner communities and rental properties as a manager. You are a real estate manager with eidg. FA You work precisely and structured. You have long-term experience in this task, accordingly, you can also be a bit older You want to work with a minimum workload of 80%.
