At the Zürich location, we are looking for: Team Lead (m/f/d) Structural Design / Structural Engineering 100% Construction site management. Responsibility. Sustainable construction. What awaits you As a Team Lead, you will lead a team of 4 - 10 employees technically and disciplinarily. You support the team in the professional execution of sustainable projects with reference to the ATP Green Deal. In doing so, you ensure the integral planning understanding within your team. The quality assurance of the projects and their economic success are within your area of responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring a continuous implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in the planning process within the structural design department. You represent ATP towards clients, authorities, and executing companies. Recruiting new employees and specifically training and developing them brings you joy. You work across disciplines and locations within the ATP network and participate in know-how transfer. What you bring You have a degree in the field of civil engineering (FH/ETH) and have in-depth knowledge in structural engineering. Your career shows several years of leadership and professional experience with all service phases of medium to large projects in structural design. You are familiar with the SIA norms of all relevant construction materials and the common programs for structural design and BIM planning. You inspire through your curiosity regarding topics such as resource efficiency and sustainability. Leading a team as well as the active support of the training and promotion of young employees brings you joy. Your confident appearance, your independent way of working and teamwork skills, as well as your analytical way of thinking, characterize you. You are strong in communication and have good German language skills in speaking and writing (English skills are an advantage).
