• 11 August 2026 • 80 - 100% • Indefinite duration • Zürich What you accomplish: • Replacement of the Regulatory Affairs Officer within the framework of authority management • Correct processing of notifications as well as modifications to the business plan with the authorities • Internal contact person for regulatory questions, verification, advice and support in the implementation of new regulatory modifications and projects • Monitoring the implementation of new regulatory requirements as well as corresponding follow-up and reporting • Coordination of on-site inspections and authority audits (preparation, accompaniment and follow-up) Why you succeed: • You have a successful (specialized) university degree and notably possess several years of experience in regulatory affairs or in the field of insurance and/or service providers • Short-term requests and tight deadlines do not stress you, but motivate you. Even when legal deadlines dictate the pace and pressure increases, you remain motivated and show total commitment • You are a communicative personality capable of presenting regulatory topics clearly and comfortable in exchanges with authorities; your high quality requirement as well as your precise work and developed conceptual skills complement your profile • You think in an interconnected manner, act in a solution-oriented way and transmit new regulatory requirements in a comprehensible and practical manner • You communicate fluently orally and in writing in German.
