Our portfolio is constantly growing. Together with committed team colleagues, ensure that everything runs smoothly during our portfolio expansion in property management and during new/re-lettings. Tasks ## • Flexible support for the various management teams in the residential and commercial departments during personnel and technical bottlenecks • Responsibility for all organizational and administrative tasks from the time of property acquisition or completion of renovation/construction until the handover of keys to the tenants • First point of contact for external and internal concerns until the time of handover of the portfolio to the property management department • Technical leadership of a clerk • Letting and management including inspection and handover during tenant changes as well as handling of tenant concerns • Monitoring cost coverage, new determination of rents, rent calculations and preparation of rent adjustments • Maintenance planning and budgeting including concluding service and maintenance contracts Profile ## • Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management • Sound experience in the administration of properties • Good knowledge of tenancy law and experience in the area of property access as well as construction projects with new and re-lettings • High service and customer orientation • Very independent way of working and good comprehension • High flexibility and social competence, friendliness, communication skills • Proficient handling of MS Office programs and advantageously with SAP We offer ## a diverse and collegial working environment in a growing organization.
