Business Development Manager (m/w/d)

• Growth engine for the region: You take the helm and actively drive the strategic expansion of the corporate customer business in the Zurich economic area.
• Relationship architect: With a keen sense of touch and persuasive power, you establish contacts with defined target customers and transform initial contacts into strong, long-term partnerships for the company.
• Door opener with bite: You initiate high-caliber initial conversations, recognize potential immediately and pave the way for successful cooperation.
• Deal closer & onboarding professional: You conduct negotiations sovereignly to conclude cooperation agreements and guarantee new customers an absolutely professional, seamless start.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B professional (must-have): You bring sound, multi-year experience in corporate and business customer business (Corporate / B2B) with medium and large companies. Note: Experience exclusively in private customer business (B2C) does not meet the requirements for this role.
• Sound insurance knowledge: You have a successfully completed VBV further training or an equivalent, recognized qualification in the insurance environment.
• Sales talent with drive: You are a communicative personality with genuine sales flair, high self-motivation and a tangible passion for active customer acquisition.
• Linguistically skilled: You communicate confidently in German and negotiatively securely in English (both fluent in word and writing); any additional national language is an advantage.
