Your task ##

• Coordination of customer orders with the sales and production department
• Planning and organization of national and international deliveries (road, sea, and air)
• Creation of delivery notes as well as export and insurance documents
• Execution of the letter of credit process for customer orders, including the creation of necessary documents
• Processing of complaints and returns

Your profile ##

• Commercial basic training and completed further training in the import/export sector
• Several years of professional experience in export
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Secure handling of Microsoft Office and ERP system
• Team-oriented, reliable, careful, and diligent
