Learn more about the UZH as an employer! ### Tasks Conception & Development · Development and standardization of evacuation concepts for the properties of the UZH · Definition of guidelines, processes and minimum standards in evacuation management · Further development of the university evacuation strategy Implementation & Project Management · Planning and management of projects for the implementation of evacuation concepts · Organization and management of evacuation drills, including evaluation and derivation of improvement measures · Coordination with internal stakeholders (operations, institutes, user groups) as well as external partners Enablement & Operation · Conception and implementation of training and awareness-raising measures · Ensuring operational readiness (including material concepts and provision) · Contribution to the further development of the security organization of the UZH Profile Professional Qualification · Sound training in fire protection, evacuation or security management (e.g., fire protection specialist, SIBE or comparable) · Several years of experience in managing projects, ideally in a security or infrastructural environment · Experience in dealing with complex organizations (e.g., university, hospital, industry) is an advantage Competencies · Structured, independent way of working with high implementation competence · Ability to effectively coordinate a wide variety of stakeholder groups · Assertiveness and at the same time strong ability to cooperate · Affinity for planning issues (e.g. handling plans, basic CAD understanding is an advantage)
