This gives the sales team the freedom to concentrate on customers and closures – efficiently, service-oriented, and binding.
Your Field of Activity
You are the first point of contact for our demanding customers and brokers – both by telephone and in writing – regarding all questions related to occupational pension schemes.
You create convincing offers, check application documents with a trained eye for detail, and ensure smooth processing in the administrative area.
As a reliable support, you also stand by our regional managers during exciting customer and broker events – and take on substitutions within your team if required.
You actively participate in projects, help shape processes, and contribute to the further development of our offering.
Your Profile
Commercial basic training
Several years of experience in customer service, ideally with a focus on occupational pension schemes or social insurance
Confident handling of the MS Office suite
Very good German skills and good English skills, Italian is a big plus
Independent, responsible way of working and quick comprehension
Friendly, courteous appearance with a strong understanding of service
Enjoyment in representing our values externally and participating in a dynamic environment
