Tasks You create learning situations for the trainees, instruct them in the departments, document the learning process, provide feedback, and assess them orally and in writing. You independently plan and coordinate learning support and work with the trainees also in shift work or on weekends. You are involved in further developing the training of nursing professions within the company and are co-responsible for the implementation of the training concept.
