Your future begins here # As a Partner Account Manager, you build strong, sustainable relationships with our B2B partners and develop them into active growth drivers in the Swisscom ecosystem. You ensure that partners can successfully position, integrate, and sell our solutions. Our partners are a central growth engine for us. In this role, you have a direct influence on how successfully our solutions are scaled in the market with the partners. Your tasks: • Partner development of the assigned partners in German-speaking Switzerland • Building new partners • Planning and implementation of joint go-to-market initiatives • Active Sales Enablement: empowering partners to successfully position products in the market • Pipeline management, forecasting and reporting • Close cooperation with internal Swisscom teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) Your profile • Experience in partner/channel management, ideally in the ICT environment • Strong communication and networking skills • Distinct sales DNA and closing orientation • Independent, structured and proactive way of working • Fluent German, English is an advantage With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or in your home office.
