HERE YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE ## • As a host, you ensure that our customers feel welcome and well cared for as guests. • Thanks to your excellent service, your fascination for our top brands, and your individual advice, you ensure unique shopping experiences. • With your positive charisma and your passion for fashion and shoes, you contribute decisively to the company's success. • You advise our style-conscious clientele at eye level and help them find their individual look in a collection that combines innovation and urban style. • Your enthusiasm for modern women's fashion/shoes makes you a strong ambassador for our newly introduced, highly sought-after collections. • Through your professional and personal advice, you build close relationships with our customers and maintain them sustainably.  • You support inventory management and adhere to the storage standards as well as the Visual Merchandising guidelines of Globus. • You actively improve your product know-how by following the latest fashion trends, participating in training, and staying up to date on all collections and products.  WHAT CHARACTERIZES YOU ## • You have successfully completed vocational training, preferably in retail, and bring sales experience in a luxury or high-fashion environment. • You are a service-oriented, open, and lively personality with a high passion for fashion, art, and culture. • Your enthusiasm for modern, young, trendy, and elegant women's fashion and shoes, as well as exclusive brands, makes you an authentic and competent contact person. • You love fashion, are style-confident, authentic, and have a natural sense for looks that resonate. • You work in a customer-oriented manner, have a friendly appearance, and convince through your sense of trends and style. • You present the current collections in a creative, confident, and poised manner.  • You maintain impeccable manners and have a well-groomed appearance. • You are very reliable and act on your own initiative. • You have excellent German skills and fluent English skills; other languages are a great advantage for our international guests.
