Product Manager / Market Development (all) The DISRAD AG is an innovative company in the MedTech sector. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an entrepreneurially thinking personality who takes over the overall management and realization of the product management and market development department. Your tasks: In this versatile key function, you are responsible for the entire life cycle of our products as well as the development of new market presences: Market development & Go-to-Market: You develop and implement Go-to-Market strategies for the DACH and USA regions (main task). This includes building an active Key Opinion Leader (KOL) network, acquiring new customers, caring for centers, and operationally building up distribution (logistics, pricing, training). Strategic product management: You define the product vision, analyze the competition, and determine the positioning and Value Proposition. Product development: You act as a bridge between market and technology, translate market requirements into product features, and maintain the Product Backlog in close cooperation with development, design, and partners such as 41medical AG. Sales Enablement: You create pitch documents, argumentations, and FAQs to support sales. Operational excellence: You coordinate logistics, controlling, and marketing measures (e.g., internet presence) and ensure compliance with MedTech regulations (FDA, MDR/MDD). Your profile: Education: You have a degree with a technical and/or economic background (university, FH, MBA) or a comparable qualification. Experience: You have proven "frontline experience" in introducing new products, ideally in medical technology. Competencies: You are proficient in MS Office and Project. You communicate and present confidently in German and English (both with excellent knowledge in word and writing). Personality: You are a "doer" with an entrepreneurial disposition. A self-contained, methodical work style in a small team is just as appealing to you as goal-oriented collaboration with internal and external partners.
