Security Staff (40-100%)

As a partner in the field of socio-pedagogical security, we work closely with organizations and institutions that care for people with special needs (psychiatric hospitals, residential homes for people with disabilities, social services, etc.). The security services aim to ensure both the protection of the persons being cared for and the well-being of our partners' employees.

These are your tasks
Supporting specialist staff in accompanying and caring for clients with challenging behaviors in social institutions
Supporting specialist staff in the prevention and de-escalation of conflicts and crisis situations
Ensuring the safety and integrity of the clients
Ensuring the safety of nursing and care staff when dealing with clients in challenging settings
What you bring with you
You have a certificate or a recognized training in the field of security or object protection and a certificate proving your first aid knowledge
You are familiar with the legal regulations and guidelines for security services in Switzerland
You have an impeccable reputation and friendly manners
It is an advantage if you bring additional training, certificates and experience in de-escalation techniques, communication training and psychological support in social work
You are a physically and mentally robust person with a strong sense of responsibility, enjoy the challenge of dealing with people with disabilities and feel comfortable in difficult situations
You are ready to work in shift and on-call service, also at night, on weekends and public holidays, adapt flexibly to different situations and requirements of social institutions and take on diverse areas of responsibility in social work, from care to sitting watches
