Tasks ##

• You are responsible for the planning and implementation of the nursing process in the interdisciplinary team, taking into account the individual needs of the patients.
• You take responsibility for patient-centered documentation of the work and nursing process as well as correct performance recording.
• You actively contribute to constructive interdisciplinary cooperation, work with a high level of service quality, and thus promote nursing quality.
• You are co-responsible for the training and promotion of students and apprentices.

Profile ##

• Training as a Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Professional experience in an acute hospital is an advantage
• Independent and self-reliant way of working as well as strong quality and service awareness, as well as cross-departmental understanding and economic thinking and acting
• Empathy, openness, teamwork skills, strong social competence
• Passion for nursing activities
