Internship Business Analyst

Your future begins here # In the Internship as Business Analyst, you will support reporting, automation, and transformation initiatives within our Presales Organisation. You will work closely with management and operational teams, analyze data, optimize processes, implement automation potentials, and participate in strategic projects that actively help shape the future of our IT business. Become part of our IT Services Presales Organisation and work closely with management and subject matter experts throughout Switzerland. You will support strategic transformation initiatives, automation projects, and data-based decision-making processes. This role offers you the opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of Business Analysis while simultaneously driving efficiency, innovation, and operational excellence. • Creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, KPIs, as well as management presentations to support operational and strategic decisions • Analysis of business processes, identification of optimization potentials, and development of data-based recommendations to increase efficiency and effectiveness • Participation in strategy and transformation projects through research, business analyses, creation of business cases, as well as management-ready presentations • Support in project management, for example in planning, workshop preparation, stakeholder coordination, tracking of measures, and documentation Your Skills ## • Bachelor's or Master's student (or university graduate) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a comparable course of study. You obtained your degree a maximum of 12 months ago • Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as the ability to structure complex topics and derive meaningful insights from data • Interest in reporting, Business Analytics, process optimization, automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and digital transformation • Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable tools is an advantage • Strong communication skills as well as experience in dealing with various stakeholders and collaborating across different teams and hierarchical levels • Structured, curious, and willing-to-learn personality that feels comfortable in a dynamic environment • Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing; French skills are an advantage With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our locations in Switzerland or from your home office.
