Become part of our ASR IT & Transformation team and contribute to ensuring that business applications are reliable, efficient, and aligned with our IT strategy. Under the guidance of experienced Application Managers and the team lead, you will work with business stakeholders, technology experts, and external service providers. The team combines operational requirements with practical technology solutions, accompanies applications throughout their entire lifecycle, and continuously improves processes, documentation, and controls. This role offers you the opportunity to build broad expertise in application management and gradually take on more responsibility.

Your Impact ##

• Support the reliable operation and maintenance of several business applications, including deployments, monitoring, technical tests, and the coordination of third-level support.
• Coordinate change controls and participate in comprehensive system and user acceptance tests prior to controlled releases.
• Translate business processes and stakeholder requirements into clear improvement specifications and practical technical solutions.
• Work together with internal technology teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers to resolve problems, optimize applications, and introduce new functionalities.
• Develop and maintain support processes for applications, technical configuration documents, and documentation for internal controls.

Your Skill Set ##

• Completed apprenticeship or completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field or equivalent practical experience.
• Good understanding of IT processes, policies, and standards as well as interest in application operation and support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a precise and diligent way of working.
• Clear communication skills in English, a cooperative attitude, and a strong orientation towards internal customers and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio or Azure DevOps is an advantage, as are self-responsibility, initiative, curiosity, and an attitude of continuous improvement.
